Friederike Lüpke is a senior lecturer in Language Documentation and Description at SOAS, University of London. Currently, she is leading the interdisciplinary language documentation project 'Pots, plants and people – a documentation of Baïnounk knowledge systems' that brought her to Agnack.
Anna Sowa is a SOAS alumna with an MSc in Migration, Mobility and Development. She is a researcher and producer at Chouette Films where, together with Remigiusz Sowa, a self-shooting director, she produces documentary films.
