Toby Cadman

Toby Cadman is a barrister specialising in war crimes, international terrorism, extradition and human rights. He has served as Senior Legal Counsel to the Chief Prosecutor of the Bosnian War Crimes Chamber, and is currently engaged as foreign defence counsel at the Bangladeshi International Crimes Tribunal. He is presently engaged in developing a long term transitional justice strategy for the Syrian Arab Republic.
